The IPLEX GAir allows for quick and efficient inspection of areas far from your hands, such as inside pipes and machinery. It features high image quality, a wide field of view, bright LED lighting, and an automatic image rotation function, making it flexible enough to handle pipe inspections of complex mechanisms up to 30 meters in length. ■ Easy access even to complex pipe structures The included guide head reduces friction during scope insertion, significantly improving the ability to pass through pipe elbows. Additionally, the insertion section is designed with a TaperedFlex specification that offers an excellent balance of moderate hardness and flexibility. By combining this with commercially available pushing rods, smoother pushing operations are achieved. ■ Precise bending operation even for long lengths Utilizing an air pressure bending mechanism powered by a built-in air compressor, precise bending operations are achievable even with a 30-meter long scope. This resolves the challenges of bending operations seen with wire bending methods. ■ Making inspection conditions clearer A gravity sensor mounted at the tip of the scope displays the live video orientation in alignment with the actual up and down directions (automatic image rotation function). It also includes a feature that displays the length of the inserted scope, allowing for quick recognition of the position of inspection areas that can easily be lost track of.
